Booking policy

Coronavirus notice,

Please note that due to the coronavirus pandemic, we need to restrict the duration of all pregnancy scan sessions to a maximum of 15 minutes. In addition, we also limit the number of people who can attend a pregnancy scan in a maximum of 2 people.

Please take these measures into account upon booking your appointment.

Thanks you for your unsdertanding,

1. Booking an appointment

1.1 Due to the technical aspects of pregnancy ultrasound scans, appointments can only be secured by our staff via telephone. For our contact numbers, please see the “Contact” page.

1.2 Please note your ultrasound examination is payable in full in advance. This secures your appointment.

1.3 You may pay either in cash by visiting our clinic or via phone when you book your appointment. As soon as your payment is received, your appointment is secured. On-site payments are confirmed by the issue of receipt. On-line payments are confirmed by our staff electronically within 2 working day of receipt.

2. On the day of your appointment.

3.1 We advise you to arrive 15 minutes earlier of your appointment for paper work. Please note that your balance is payable upon your arrival.

3.2 We understand that you may be running a couple of minutes late, however, anyone that arrives later than 10 minutes for their appointment may not be able to be seen by the doctor and you may have to re-book your appointment.

3.3 At the managements discretion, there may also be a 50% charge of your examination fee as this will be classed as a missed appointment. This is to make it fair on people who have appointments booked in for the rest of the day in order to ensure that their appointments run on time.

3.4 Please note, in the premises of the Heights Medical Centre, the use of any patient or visitor’s electronic devices that is capable of voice, picture or video recordings are not permitted. In order to ensure patient privacy, these electronic devices have to be left at the reception before entering the consultation rooms. We reserve the right to refuse entering into our premises if patients/visitors do not comply.
